McKeon, twirls a no-hitter against Cincinnati in
a six inning match. The game was rained out and
the two clubs settled for a 0-0 tie. |

Reds defeat Kansas City, 14-7. John Reilly
helped the cause with two inside-the-park home
runs. The Reds appeared in their "parti-colored"
uniforms with Reilly decked out in red with
