CINCINNATI RED STOCKINGS
 
1869 - At Union Grounds, a crowd of 8,000 turn out to watch the Red Stockings take on the Champion Eckfords. Cincinnati wins 45-18.
 
CINCINNATI REDS II
 
1875 - The Reds take on Harry Wright's Boston Red Stockings at the Ludlow (KY) Base Ball Grounds before 5,000 people and lose. Final score 15-5.
 
CINCINNATI REDS IV (Kelly's Killers)
 
1891- The Cincinnati Reds of the American Association, also referred to as the Kelly's Killers, play their final game, losing to the St. Louis Browns by a score of 8-0. Due to financial troubles the club decided to shut down for the remainder of the season with plans to relaunch for 1892. However, their league folded after the 1891 season and with it went the Kelly's Killers.
